A senior engineer for online businesses
I'm Helal. I build, secure and scale online stores and web platforms, and I build them so the business can measure what they do.
I'm a senior e-commerce and full-stack engineer. I build and run the technical side of online businesses: custom WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, checkout and payment flows, full-stack TypeScript platforms, React web apps, React Native mobile apps and AI agents, and the servers, DNS, backups and monitoring they run on.
That range is deliberate. A store that slows down under ad traffic, a checkout under a card-testing attack, a backup nobody has ever restored, tracking that doesn't match the orders: each of these crosses the line between code, infrastructure and the business. An engineer who works across all of it can follow a problem to where it starts, instead of handing it on at the edge of their part.
I think like an engineer and keep the business number in view. A feature is worth building when it changes something the business cares about, so I start there and work back to the code.
I'm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My clients so far are in the United States, Canada and Israel, including Hebrew, right-to-left stores, and I work across US, UK, Canadian and Australian time zones. My hours overlap with your working day, and everything that matters is written down, so nothing waits for a call.
01 / Stance
Why measured work, not hours
An hour of development tells you nothing about whether the business is better off. A number does.
So every job starts with what it should change and ends with a note that shows whether it did: load time, uptime, orders tracked, hours saved, the workflow a platform replaced.
If I can't name what a piece of work should change before I start, I tell you on the discovery call instead of starting work.
02 / Method
How I build
Every build starts with a written spec: what it does, what it doesn't, how we'll know it works. You approve it before any code is written.
I build with AI coding tools in small, tested steps, and I review every line before it ships. That makes delivery faster without handing quality to a machine.
You own the code, the accounts and the documentation. If you ever move to another developer, the hand-over is a folder, not a rescue.
