Analytics and server-side tracking, attribution, conversion improvements, lifecycle and CRM systems, ad performance analysis
01 / The problem
What it looks like from your side
Your analytics don't match your orders, so every decision about ads, pages and email is a guess.
Growth work is engineering work: it depends on data that's correct, and on changes that are built and measured properly. I start with tracking, because every later decision depends on it.
What it covers:
Analytics and tracking. GA4 and Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, duplicate pixel cleanup, and purchase events that match the orders.
Attribution. UTM discipline and first- and last-touch order attribution, including offline sources such as QR codes.
Conversion improvements. Funnel and checkout analysis, then built and tested changes to the pages that matter.
Lifecycle and CRM systems. Flows timed to the buying cycle (cart reminders, reorders, win-back, review requests), with holdout tests to show what they add.
Ad performance analysis. Campaign structure, ROAS diagnosis and budget allocation, based on the corrected data.
02 / Signs
Signs you need this
03 / Method
What I do, step by step
01Audit tracking against real orders
02Fix the data: GA4, Tag Manager, server-side tagging, order attribution
03Find where visitors drop off, with data and session recordings
04Build and test the fixes: pages, checkout, lifecycle flows
05Report the numbers before and after
04 / Deliverables
What you get
Tracking that matches your orders
An attribution report you can read
Tested conversion and lifecycle changes
The number I report at the end
Share of orders tracked, conversion rate before → after
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks for tracking; ongoing for testing
