01 / Process
From first message to monthly results
Discovery
You tell me about the project in four short steps, then we talk on a 30-minute discovery call. I review your site or brief before the call and come with questions and the risks I see.
Spec
A written spec and a one-page proposal: what gets built, what doesn't, the timeline and the price. Prices are only ever given here, after the call.
Build
Small, tested steps on a staging copy, with AI coding tools doing the typing and short written updates as each part lands. A private kickoff portal collects access and files first. It never asks for passwords.
Review
I review every line before it ships, and you review the working result on staging against the spec.
Launch
Deployed with a rollback plan, measured before and after, and handed over with notes someone else could pick up.
Support
Fixes after launch, then monthly care or ongoing work if you want it, with a one-page note each month.

What I need from you
- One person who can approve changes and answer questions within a day or two.
- What the project should achieve and, if you know it, the number it should change.
- A staff login of my own on your store (WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify). Never a shared password.
- Access to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
- Access to Meta Business, if ads are part of the work.
- Hosting and DNS access, if the work touches the server or email.
04 / Method
How I build
Every build starts with a written spec: what it does, what it doesn't, how we'll know it works, and what it should change. You approve the spec before I write any code, so there are no surprises at the end.
I build with AI coding tools, in small steps, each one tested. Then I review every line myself before it ships. The tools make me faster. They don't decide what goes live, and they don't get your access.
The result is faster delivery without handing quality to a machine. You get working software, the spec it was built from, and documentation someone else could pick up.

Questions clients ask
- You're in Bangladesh. How do time zones work?
- I work from Dhaka (UTC+6) and keep hours that overlap with business days in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. Calls are booked in your time zone, and written updates mean you never have to wait for a meeting to know where things stand.
- How do we communicate?
- In writing first: email for anything that needs a record, and a short written update whenever something ships. Video calls for the discovery call, the kickoff and reviews. Ongoing work comes with a one-page note each month.
- Do you need my passwords?
- No. You add me as a user with my own login on each platform, and the kickoff portal shows you how for each one. You can remove my access at any time, and I ask you to when the work ends.
- Who owns the work?
- You do, once the work is paid in full. The code, automations, content and accounts I set up for you are yours, and they live in your accounts, not mine.
- Will you keep my business confidential?
- Yes. Your data, numbers, customers and access stay between us. On this site, client work is anonymized by default, for example "US subscription supplement store". A name or logo appears only with your written approval.
- Can you sign an NDA?
- Yes. An NDA is available on request, and I'm happy to sign one before the discovery call if you'd like to share more on it.
